and that's where trust comes in. It's difficult to put your trust in someone when all you've experienced is silence after receiving assurances for so long. However, I trust RN much, much more given his track record than what I've learned about the OTHER side's so-called "integrity" in this short time span.
For now I feel we must continue as if the vote was the only thing that could turn the tide, we've got to continue doing the only thing we can, and that is voting, and getting others to vote. If nothing else, it frees up valuable time for the Noront office to focus their efforts where it really counts.
It reminds me of the saying: "Remember, professionals built the Titanic, amateurs built the Ark."
I really don't think Rosseau had predicted the "Activism" on the part of the Noront shareholders in this day and age of apathy, and fatalism, and the attitude that "Someone else" will pitch in to help. I think with much swaggering, they assumed they had the vote sewn up, and really didn't put much effort into their telephone campaign because they feel they didn't need it.
