Looking through the Bio's of the BoD of RiskMetrics there appears to be a few connections that help or may help explain some of the preparation rosseau A$$ Management did in making this HOSTILE ATTACK on our Management TEAM.

The single most notable is robert trudeau's involvement with CompoterShare through General Atlantic.

Seeing as Kingsdale were able to call me when that should not have been possible, I have a very strong sense that rosseau got hold of my Personal Information by means of BUYING it from ComputerShare or Directly from my Brokerage Service Provider.

Either way, I should not have been contacted, as I EXPRESSLY stated that I was not to be contacted Directly by anyone under circumstances exactly like this Proxy Vote Issue, other than to receive the Annual Report to Share Holders and a Management Proxy Form.

Thus, I have reason to look into this via my Brokerage Service Provider. It will cost someone more dealing with me than they could ever earn by selling my Personal Information. I suggest others who know themselves to be in a similar arrangement with their Brokerage Service Provider to do the same thing! Find out how and why their Personal Information is being distributed counter to their Express Wishes!
