If you believe that there has been unfair or improper conduct by an Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada regulated firm or one of its registered employees or if you have a complaint about an improperly executed trade, potential trading violations by a regulated person, or concerns regarding
timely disclosure please contact IIROC.

complaints@iiroc.ca or phone our Info Complaint line at 1 877-442-4322 for information and assistance.
IIROC staff will examine the complaint to determine if further investigation is warranted. Complainants will be contacted within 2 business days to verify receipt of the complaint.
