This is all very easy to check!

Look at your VOTING INSTRUCTION FORM (your Proxy form)

Where it states APPOINTEE(S) (just under your Broker Account Number) there has to be the following names:

RICHARD NEMIS, KEVIN FEENEY

If your Proxy "VOTING INSTRUCTION FORM" has those two names in that very location THEN YOU WILL BE VOTING YOUR PROXY TO THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS.

All you then need do is sign the form and send it off to Noront Noront Resources via:

Mail (may want to make that EXPRESS MAIL at this late date)
