My Father in Law and family were over for the Thanksgiving weekend, he asked me about my investments as he was concerned about the markets. I told him about my investments in the ROF notably Noront. He told me he had some NORONT from, he thought 6 to 8 years ago. I asked him how many shares he had and he stated, maybe 500 or so. I recently received a call from him stating he actually had 5000 shares of Noront tucked away in his (OLD FORGOTTEN CONCERNED FILE) and wanted to know which way he should vote, OF Course for the existing BOD. I lead him through the voting instructions as he found it hard and confusing at first. This was the first time he had submitted a proxy vote.

So between the two of us >>35,000 Shares for Richard.
