Your right Sum4all. It's not a formal takeover bid. It's a pasty faced take over bid aka overthrow of existing management and placement of opposition management.

It all comes down to a puppet management team sponsored by and working elusively for "them".

Legally its just a request for replacement of the executive board throught a shareholder vote.
