Three Cheers for the Chief !!! He knows Richard & Neil and feels right at home dealing with them. He has to appear relatively nuetral politically, but I can sense the tone in his letter that he regards Richard with the highest respect.

It would be ashame to disrupt or even ruin this relationship.
