The way they have dealt with this proxy taking advantage of the market, twisting the truth , and basically slandering Mr Nemis and co to make themselves look like some savior for their own advantage is well shitty. Now I totally agree with D12 about they {rosseau } are only caring about making themselves money, not developing the mine not working to build shareholders interest. Their grandiose statements of desiring to build shareholders interest and put forth a plan is bull. They are out to get what they can for nothing. As Noront stated they want control without paying for it. Another word for that is a thief. Someone who takes something that does not belong to them. Now I offer absolute no words or thoughts of respect to these people. They have displayed the attitudes and work ethics of vile immoral people. The very things that are wrong with and have caused the economic crisis world is in.

But it is what it is. IT IS WHAT IT IS that is the way big business works and the more conniving and more a shyster you can be the more the worlds rewards. This is wrong but it is what it is. We have to live with it. That being stated we do not have to roll over all the time and be sharted on. Standing up can take on many fronts. The momentum that Noront’s shareholders has started is worthy of the tip of the hat, a gesture of respect. Even if we do not win the proxy vote we can say we fought the fine fight. WE FOUGHT. And if there is a chance of wining I think we will have it.

Rosseaus challenges are weak at best. They there just is not any solid arguments presented by them other than the price has dropped. And I do agree that they are only interested in money they get from this. Hey I am only interested in the money I get from this. This is why I invest. BUT there is a difference in integrity. To take premeditated actions to slyly ‘STEAL’ peoples money by this means of manipulation is just plainly wrong. Just because they know all the loop holes in the law and can swing and sway it to their advantage does not change the fact that they are trying to take something that does not belong to them IT IS THEFT! It deserves to be fought with everything we can with. It is our money they are stealing.

No emotional and childish actions and responses will accomplish nothing. BUT just the same the board’s various responses and posts HAVE FIRED UP EVERYONE and this has been good to keep morale up and keep the fight against this going. All we really can do is try to reach ALL retail and encourage them to vote for Richard and current BOD. We don’t have contact with the large institution shareholders , but we can do what we can there too. If there is a way to reach them then let's do that.

No I don’t think Rosseau is out to get us {the retail} they are only out to line their pockets, and get their money back. But this is wrong what they are doing. It is not the best for the company for the shareholders and even for the whole McFauld’s area, as it may cause a paralyzing of the development if the indigenous people react negatively to this.
