and maybe someone can help me out with this, because it's a point that still sticks in my craw.

Why did Rosseau, if they're not the bad guys they say they are, have to stoop to writing an inflammatory dissident proxy? Why couldn't they have taken the moral high road and congratulated Noront on their successes and admired their efforts to advance the project, but that Rosseau was better equipped to take it from here?

Tied in with the same consternation, their have been many, many CEO's in the area who cannot hold a candle to what Dick has done this past year, mistakes or not. I have not seen the same performance from other companies, BMK, FNC, PRB, etc., in either the sheer number of discoveries or share price movement to the upside. They've largely been riding on the coat-tails of Noront the whole time, and now these same folks say they can do better than Nemis and company?

I'll admit I'm emotional, I can see myself in your post, but I am giving it my best to look at all the facts, so if anyone can help me get past the two issues I have in the above paragraphs, I'm all ears.
