While I can 'almost' go along with your summing up there are two things that I just can't accept about the 'adversary' in this fight.

One is that as soon as they made their bid for control the wild fluctuations in our share price stopped almost immediately! Doesn't anyone now believe that these 'parties' didn't have a major part in what has been done to Noront's share price over the past weeks and months?

Second is there refusal to sit down an work out a compromise with current Noront Board of Directors and management. Instead they want the whole cake and don't care about the cost and trouble caused by this infighting by shareholders.
