Never in the history of the world has there been a time where the average person can make an impact on so many things via our new internet age. With information being able to be transmitted in a blink of an eye, we ( Notters) can send out the messages that this is an unfair and a self serving attempt at takeover. Noront with the management team and all their hard fought dreams on the line are a far better propsition than Rousseau and co.

With the meltdown in the US it could be argued that this type of behavior on the part of Hedge Funds should be scrutinized more closely by the SEC or some other body that looks at these takeover attempts from a global perspective.
