This is interesting.

John Harvey is listed as COO...not a director. In the circular for the upcoming AGM/proxy vote(pages 13-17), the 7 people proposed by management for the BOD are :

Mr. Paul Parisotto, Mr. Maurice H. Stekel, Mr. John Douglas Blanchflower, Mr. Richard Nemis,Mr. Neil Novak, Mr. David Graham, Mr. Robert Bryce

Perhaps FWR meant to say "...serving as Chief Operating Officer of Noront Resources Ltd...."
