Yes, I am extremely suspicious of Durham's motives, and the group with which he consorts, and the strong accusations leveled at Mr. Nemis in the dissident proxy, some of which we know for a fact is a misrepresentation of the facts ( money spent at Windfall could not legally have been spent elsewhere.)

As you can tell, I am addressing my concerns on the Noront board as it relates to Noront shareholders. I have not brought the argument to the Temex board: you did that. I will not participate there, but I will participate here.

BTW, to be fair today, I googled "Richard Nemis" and the words "litigation" "lawsuit" "allegations" etc etc and could not for the life of me come up with any negative press on the man..( well, except for that yellow proxy of lies).

So I'm trying to be balanced and fair in all of this, but I am 100%behind Nemis, and I'm not making any bones about it.
