Help w/ Proxy

Hey All,

I had to fish my Noront Folder out of the recycling (my wife got to it before I did) and I found the file folder in tact. Was the proxy inside the folder? Because I can't seem to find it. In it was:

  • 2 letters from RN
  • Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
  • Management's Discussion and Analysis
  • Consolidated Financial Statements

There was also an envelope called Proxy Tabulation that I found separately.

I looked through all the stuff in the folder... and can't seem to find it.

Was it included outside of the folder? Am I missing it?
