Today I spoke to another Noront investor who hadn't yet 'voted' and his comment scared me. 'If I don't vote then Management automatically gets to vote my shares'

You and I know this is not what happens but don't take it for granted all investors know how voting actually works. Fortunately I explained the situation and this investor will vote his shares today for Dick Nemis and current Noront Management.
