Hi

You must be able to see that there is a difference between voluntary retirement and being dumped.

If Richard wanted to retire and play golf..whatever...he will make that decision.

Would you let someone make that decision for you?

After all, as you say "he was part of alot of great discoveries in Canadian mining history"
