I would be surprised if they've lined up 30% but it's not unbelieveable and all the more reason to vote for Management.
IF institutional investors vote for this 'stick up' they could be sorry in the future as other juniors looking for funding will be very hesitent to do business with them. Why deal with somebody willing to stick a knife in your back down the road if you find something valuable.
