Wow. Allegations by plaintiff Ungava against defendant Canadian Royalties Inc (CRI) (including Bruce Durham and Thomas Obradovich) of trespassing and sneaky exploration on the plaintiff's and acquisition target company's property. Looks like the judge threw the case out (with prejudice) and awarded the defendants (CRI) $20K CN. The plaintiffs were looking at appealing, due to material withholding of evidence during arbitration. I wish my French was better! And IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer).
Makes me wonder if these guys possibly visited Noront's Windfall and/or ROF properties without proper escort and if so, whether their pockets were full of samples on departure? Those hand-held XRF machines aren't *that* expensive, either.
And we have a JV with Temex and these same CRI guys are involved with Temex? This smells *really* bad!
