When it comes down to the line there is only one way to vote and that's to maximize the benefit to you.

In my humble opinion Dick Nemis and current management and directors will, over short and long term, get the retail shareholder a higher return than a hedge fund looking to make a quick buck.

If these people were interested in looking after 'all' shareholders why wouldn't they sit down and work out a deal perhaps with a seat on board of directors? Looks like they bought in during a lot of turmoil and games played with share pricing and that looks suspicious in and of itself. Maybe their average cost is just over a dollar a share and what looks good to them won't be good for most of us with a much higher cost base.
