Your definitiions of various Defence procedures was so informative and fun.



I like the traditional "Poison Pill", but the one I like the

best (and think we should pursue when we win the battle!) is :

Pac Man Defence

A form of defense used in a hostile takeover situation. The target firm turns around and tries to take over the company that has made the hostile bid.
