Also make sure you get a written confirmation from your Broker on your voting preference, IF you have them do the Proxy Vote submission on your behalf.

Seeing as some Brokerages may, for their own reasons, not want to support Noront Resources Management in this Vote, you need to be assured they COMPLY with your Intentions in VOTING for Noront Resources Management.
