Noront is calling all investors and informing them of their need to vote. Relatives of mine have already been contacted. I'm assuming that a considerable difference between ARU and NOT is that ARU management, for some reason, did not feel the need to hire a firm to contact all investors to see if they were in favour of being sold down the river. We should bear that point in mind.
