The cost in time and energy that Rosseau is sapping from OUR company by this action.

Our CEO and directors have enough on their plate - pulling this discovery zone together for all of us; how selfish of Rosseau, especially at a time like this, to whine and complain and demand attention.

And this action is costly in monetary terms as well - they are taking money from our pockets, the real cost to NORONT to fight this hostile proxy, which would be better used for surveys and drilling.
