Sensation, this is the way I see this:

let's for one moment leave aside the possibility of a compromise between Rousseau and the actual BOD, though I think this would be in the best interest of everyone, but hey I am from Belgium, masters of the world in making compromises....

Only one man can change the tide, Richard Nemis.

In order to do so he has to propel the shareprice to the 4+ $ range in the next 2 weeks. Difficult? Yes, but not impossible. Why, in doing so he catches the interest of everyone regarding the very potential of his company.

Can he do this solely by emitting very good to magnificent news, I guess not.

Or, Richard Nemis is very certain of himself to win the voting and he can rely only on said news releases;

or the vote outcome is uncertain, and he has to do a bit more..... like signing a deal with a major, not for 10 pct (these are difficult negociating times, even for Richard) but let's say up to 49 pct in the 8 to 10 dollar range. I know, I know ...... but would everyone of you rather be dealing with Rousseau & Co in the near future?

Then again, there is always the possibilty that Richard could come up with a white rabbit! Helium
