the 15 million used at windfall has not been wasted. after about 200 holes it was decided money would be better spent on a ramp which would have to be put in anyway to get the gold out. the 8 to 10 million for the ramp will easy paid for by the ore coming out. richard himself said it won't take much ore at 52 oz/ton of ore to pay for this ramp. a small price to pay to get to the big prize. plus the quebec goverment has lots of incentives for these projects. its win win for richard & gang. rosseau is miss leading the retail share holder to get control. it must not happen. pray for richard & the board because they are all for the small retail share holder. don,t worry about the share price. it is going to have its day & we will all win.
