Gentlemen:
I am an investor in Noront, a company in which each of you control a
great number of shares. I too am an investor,
albeit a small one compared to your companies.
Noront has been notified that Rousseau would like to change the board of
directors. I am absolutely against this change
of directors. Especially seeing that one Pat Anderson is being touted
for the board. He is the same gentleman that has
cost thousands of shareholders a great deal of money in the Aurilein
deal.
I called Rousseau yesterday and was told that two of thier nominees are
only temporary until after the vote when 2 other
people will step in. Is this above board? Is this the type of company we
want to deal with?
I can only see Rousseau and the proposed board of directors coming in
and turning this company for a quick profit
without providing true shareholder value. If you know Mr Nemis, you know
that he is very concerned that the shareholders
get the absolute best value for thier money.

I would repectfully ask that your companies stand behind Mr Nemis and
his current board at the agm on October 28 of
2008.
