They will give themselves super deal (the board)option share at a low and ridiculous price so that they can buy and get their average down!

They can also give themself parachute deal like the guy from washington mutual who collected something like 28 millions dollars for a month and a half work!

Beleive me when i say they know what they are doing and want to take the quickest shorcut to make some money NOW instead of waiting to letting mr nemis make them some money.
