It his bacause there way,they have no risk and are guaranteed to make money no matter what and do not have to wait long.

Think about it ,if you could split 4 way 120 millions dollars for sure are let the play play out and hope for more(which should be the case) what would you choose?

So that way they take no risk,make an easy bundle and repeat the same pattern with other companies......it adds up !
