Glad to see you were able to buy shares of Noront and thank you for posting. Sept 22 was the date to own shares of NOT, therefore if you bought in the past week or so as stated, you will not be able to vote.

Being a former shareholder of ARU you are very familiar with the unscrupulous antics of the BOD. Four of these same guys are named on Rosseau's proposed slate for BOD of Noront, if we are unfortunate enough for them to win their proxy vote. Richard Nemis et al are the ones that have the knowledge and honesty to get us where we need to be for shareholder value. Many posters on this board are very very educated about this company and have been shareholders for years. It would be valuable for you to read some of their DD offerings from prior postings in order to come to an informed conclusion. My vote is for the current BOD.
