BMK is located in some of the POORER areas along the RFI while TME is well off the RFI. Thus BMK has some potential, where as TME is marginally questionable AT BEST.

Phase Two would then be the issue of a MASSIVELY Dilutive new PP to these BUDDIES BUDDIES at vastly supressed REAL VALUE to existing Shear Holders.

Could Phase Three then involve forcing a merger with TME on an EQUAL basis under the misleading premis that TME has a large Land position at great distance from the RFI and the merger would make the Merged Company more attractive to a Major?The Vultures controlling TME could also give their BUDDIES a MASSIVELY Dilutive new PP to the same BUDDIES BUDDIES at the EXPENSE of their other current Shear Holders so as to be able to claim Equal Cash contribution to the Phase Three Merger with the IN THE MINERALS Noront Resources.

AND in so doing TME (controled by rosseau and BUDDIES) would profit at the EXPENSE of a Trippally diluted Noront Resources and a Doubally diluted TME NON BUDDIES Investor with the MERGED new company having greatly enlarged it's land position but with TME much LESS Prospective land package being combined with NORONT's Extremely well endowed Land Package.

AND there is ALL the other Very valuable Noront Resources Land Packages thrown into the Merger essentally for FREE.

These characters are cocky and cleaver and above all, GREEDY. I hope it will be their GREED that crushes them due to their self focused, all absorbing, narcissistic vanity
