Lets say that NOT pulls through this and we retain our current board. ( this is what I am hoping for and I intend to vote as such when I get home in a week to find my proxy sheets and control number) - Whats to stop these guys from just doing this all over again after they have a chance to buy more shares? Do we now need the protection of a major or some sort of super mcfaulds company involving a merger with FWR, FNC, SPQ, etc? Does this necessitate an acceleration towards a buyout in order to not go through this again next year?
