Is he making it up as he goes?

WHERE IS THEIR VISION? Their PLAN? Their MEANS?

We could make use in knowing. Assuming they can honestly say they have one. Assuming they can produce one.

BLIND GREED is not a plan. Thus, we need to learn what they have planed. Do they have a PLAN?
