I have pondering a couple of things regarding the current proxy vote. Before I share my thoughts and ask my question, i would like to be clear that I, my wife and my family have already voted for Nemis and team.

On October 28th, If Rosseau wins and his slate of directors are brought in, we all lose - that has been made evidently clear on this board.

My question is this

If Nemis and his team win, we are going to have a very mad Rosseau. How much power and support does he have to turn on NOT and damage our SP???

Obviously, the dramatic drop in SP was more than just the current economic instability. It appears very evident that Rosseau, Genuity and who knows who else saw the opportunity and pushed the SP down in an attempt to purchase more shares and take control of our company.

Again, I fully support RN and have from the beginning, but I am also worried about what will happen after the 28th.
