Please indulge me, a humble geo. Unlike some of my very technical posts, let me sit back and muster all that I know........from work experience in the mining sector and enlightenment from many of you fellow members of this forum.........and provide a very simple view of what we shareholders are facing.

Fact (1) The fundamentals haven't changed. NOT has the best exploration record in Canada since Diamond Fields at Voiseys Bay. Reinforcement came today from new assays from Eagle 2.

Fact (2) The SP is going to increase, when the overall markets improve and/or metal prices do likewise...longer-term

Fact (3) Rosseau is a quick and dirty "in and out" outfit. No long term staying power. (I would really like to know what their fund redemption rates are now!)

Fact (4) RN and team have already demonstrated, beyond a shadow of doubt, that they have what it takes technically/conceptually to find more mineral deposits in the McFaulds area. However, better PR would have helped....is this really a valid reason for turfing them out?

Fact (5) The SP of NOT will increase eventually. Do you really believe that what SP support we would receive from Rosseau et al would be more than that from RN et al activities?

Fact (6) Some of you have mortgaged the farm. Be prepared to mortgage the cottage. Your return, unless you invested in one of Rosseau's funds and they are successful in this hostile takeover, will pay off many more times over by supporting RN et al.

Fact (6) Anderson's track record speaks for itself.

Have a very enjoyable and safe Thanksgiving and say a special one for RN et al.

Respectfully submitted
