Rousseau wants to gain control of NOT, install his own directors, get rid of our CEO etc, etc.

Now I know RN et al don't need my advice but if I were them I would be talking to Lassonde, McEwan and Intwentosh and offer THEM a place on our board of directors for their votes. They would stand to make way more$$$$ IF they had shares and were also directors. In other words, we'd be fighting fire with fire. Am I way off base here??? Regards, Shaquille
