I'll admit I haven't seen the yellow proxy, but I'm sure it has to have some identifying information on it or how will they keep track of the votes.

Their proxy does not come directly from them, I expect that it will come from who ever your investment acct. people use for these type of documents the same as Noronts did not come directly from Noront if your shares are not registered except "beneficially", they come from your brokerage house or trust company.
