This is well thought plan to take away our Company & for his own personel GAIN. He & his Hedge fund has been planning this for some time NOW. He is a very smart person who has a lot of $$ & friends out there, remember MONEY TALKS, be sure there is already been some talks to other BIG share holders with offers of coming on his side & to be included in plans after he talkes control of Board. His timing is a well thought plan. Kick them when there Down. So this is war & Don*t allow this to happen to this great company with Richard & Team who have brought us this far & will take care of us, minor shareholders.
