I found out about the Rosseau action quite late last night. Stayed up until 2:00 AM studying their document.

Unfortunately I had to head out of town at 7:00 AM this morning, so I missed most of today's action.

I have just spent the last couple of hours going over some 20 plus pages of posts, and as a result, as my subject line says, "I don't know what to say".

"Why", you ask?

Because all the well informed, intelligent comments have already been posted.

I believe we should approach this situation with calm, controlled logic and reason, so all I will say is,

"WTF"!

THERE IS NO WAY, AS LONG AS THE SUN RISES IN THE EAST, that I would vote any other way, than FOR Richard Nemis and the current management team.

I had already voted my shares, and those of my group, who asked me to vote their proxies for them.
