they are trying to replace the board through an agm vote instead of a direct takeover or buyout, the latter which could invoke the white night clause. As it exists, I don't think that that is an option because it technically is not a takeover.... though realistically it is. This does not stop NOT from making arrangements with majors at this point if they feel that the voting population will work in our favour. They have three or so weeks to feel out the situation and look into all measures. You can't deny the excitement of some movement finally, though excitement always comes at a cost.... of some kind.
