Seeing as Rosseau is spreading misinformation about the alleged waste of money at Windfall that could have been better spent elsewhere: we know that money has been earmarked for that project and by it's very nature CANNOT be allocated elsewhere.

Isn't it a bit frightening that these folks who would supposedly do a better job would have such a glaring error in their materials? If it's not sheer lack of investigation and hubris, then it most certainly is libelous, and damaging.

Maybe RN can put something together for us all....maybe WE'RE his secret weapon????
