George, there are numerous share holders posting on the board that do not understand the what, when. how, where to put forth their vote-votes. As well as the following.

What is the last date to have your shares eligible to vote. ie Sept 22.

What is the last date and time to have your votes in. ie 1030 am Oct 24.

How many votes do I get. ie 1 share equals 1 vote.

ETC ETC.

Could you post all relevant information re the above and place it somewhere where all the uniformed could easily access it. This would eliminate alot of confusion, as well as lots of posts asking about the above.

As well what about all our foreign investors, it appears lots of them have not received their info.
