it would now appear to me that Windfall is out of the picture. Rosseau says we have wasted $15M and Mgt is silent in the critical NR. Both sides have met and I might suggest, as we see in politics, that this may become the 'wedge issue'. We need an update on Windfall from management immediately. Did we waste $15M on a pretty ramp? To me that is the question of the day now. Is it sold? and as such out of play. Surely Rosseau would have used this in their propaganda.
