Though others likely have responded already I will provide the essence here. No, a new issue of shears at this time will not change the AGM |Proxy Votes. However, if Management determines this Rosseau Proxy Vote to constitute a hostile Offer or Bid for Control (which is certainly appears to be) then they conceivably could trigger the Shear Holders Protection Plan. That would isolate and dilute Rousseau AND any other associated Shear Holders and freeze them out of the Shear Holders Rights Plan Offering. And if this comes to be, I would call the move by Management "Poetic Justice!!!" We would all be able to obtain a very good multiple of new Noront Shears and CASH UP the coffers to get us through several more years of Exploration and Development, and with a very sweet Shear Offering Deal which would exclude Rousseau and friends. Management only needs to consider their various contingencies and select the path best for ALL Shear Holders. Old Joe
