At the end of the process, they will add all the votes supporting the current board and compare them to the votes supporting Rosseau's bid to over through current management. If they have more votes, then we LOSE our current management.

Let's get this sorted out. One vote from a person who owns 100 shares is equivalent to one vote from Warren Irwin who has 40K shares? I thought it'd be 1 vs. 40. Am I wrong?
