me too...got another 3K at $1 this am...bottom has to be close...I'm in the same boat as many, averaging down, not believing an oppourtunity like this would ever appear again...only problem with low share price is makes it real easy for a major to come in and scoop us up for $3 or $4...how could we stop them, if management/majority shareholders decide 4 times their money today is a good deal...many who got in at $5 and $6 thinking we would go to $20(as many here predicted) would be caught holding the bag...

I guess my question is, WHAT would stop a takeover today at four times current share price? thoughts please...
