I used to work in the auto industry (new car sales). I had a boss that I respected very much and I can remember when the interest rates were 20% and sales were in the toilet. He would say to us in our morning pep talk, " if we were worried about the interest rates, the economy and lack of sales", the best thing for us to do was to lock ourselves in a room and worry our asses off and come out with our game face on and tackle matters that we had control over. He would also tell us to write down on a piece of paper whatever we were worried about and put the paper in safe keeping for one year. When the year is up you will have a hard time remembering your fear, worry or conserns that you wrote to paper.
Very philosophical and maybe no help, but what the hell!
Goodluck and keep the faith!
