Thanks for the update QQ. I was most interested in the part about how to regain interest in NOT. I have been saying for a while now that a buyin by a major is the only thing that would turn things around. NOT, seems to be telling us that is not in the works and outlines a new vision.

That new vision is going to take lots of money and managment is acting like it's not going to be a problem. So, if the money is not going to come from a major, Where? Spinning off part of Windfall? Company says no.

Remember that secret trip to the west coast? I'm thinking, didn't Gates take a stake in a silver company ( Pan American I think).
