A little bird (blackbird or eagle) told me that Murgor had permission to examine FNC cores while he was reviewing the Noront cores from their drilling next to claim border with FNC.

While I discounted the above 'rumour' at the time todays wierd premarket has me wondering if there is a lot more to the story than I thought.
