I appreciate your info on this CMP and your DD to calculate the value that NOT puts on the acres it has and that companies keep paying that same price and value of exploration work means most out there still believe the land has not lost it appeal, actually, considering the market out there, the fact we can get companies to sign for same dollar amounts is good news.
