Can't see anyone expressing 'worry' about a 'deal' just expressing an opinion that you can't rule out a 'deal' being made sooner rather than later.

Noront has said they won't drill to prove up 'Chromium' as this is something that requires a 'partner'. It therefor obvious they are both actively seeking such a partner and/or open to discussions with such a 'partner'.

Will waiting improve the terms of such a 'deal'? That's up to Noront Management but if chromite drilling isn't going to be continued to prove up resources it's hard to see why a better deal can me done six months down the road instead of now.

You can bet that NOT/FWR/SPQ/FNC and likely a few more players have all discussed possibilities and would work together to get an optimum deal involving all of them.
